Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on the destination and order contents.
Processing and delivery
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.
Address changes
Contact support@shopthewearhouse.com promptly if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear.
